How does billing work for fixed-scope engagements?
Fixed-scope projects (Assessments and most Implementations) are billed in milestone-based installments — typically 30% at contract execution, 40% at key delivery milestones, and 30% at final acceptance. SOW defines milestone criteria explicitly so there are no disputes at close.
What does the SOW process look like?
After an initial discovery call, we issue a scoping questionnaire covering your technology stack, user population, compliance requirements, and timeline constraints. We turn around a draft SOW within 5 business days. SOWs include a fixed scope, deliverables list, milestone schedule, and change-order process so scope creep is managed transparently.
What compliance and regulatory requirements do you accommodate?
Our delivery framework is built on NIST CSF 2.0, OWASP ASVS 5.0, CIS Controls v8, and SOC 2 Type II principles.
